            Who are we…?

We are a community based Preschool located on Wellington Road, within the grounds of Chester Hill Public School.

• We employ highly qualified and experienced teachers and educators
• Our preschool offers early education that focuses on play-based curriculum for children aged 3-5 years
• Preschool provides an educational program that supports the development of early language, literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Independence and self help skills are developed to support their transition to school
• The curriculum is informed by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• High quality early education gives children the best start at school and sets them up for the rest of their lives
• Research shows that children who participate in quality preschool programs are more likely to arrive at school equipped with the social, cognitive and emotional skills they need to engage in learning
• Children enrolling at Chester Hill Public School participate in Kindergarten Orientation visits in November of each school year to assist with the smooth transition to big school
• We also access the school library to familiarise the children with the school environment and expectations
